Who We Are
We’re a two-man team that started with a camera, a dream, and a whole lot of faith.
Reference Point Media is based in New Bedford, MA and built from the ground up by two friends who met at church, launched a podcast, and ended up knocking on doors with no real plan—just a heart to create. After what felt like a thousand “no’s,” we got one “yes.” That first client is still with us to this day.
The Founders
Benjamin DosSantos – Director
Benjamin comes from a software engineering background but always knew he wanted to direct. He left his day job and followed the calling—now he’s behind the camera crafting the visual side of everything we do.
Eric Carreiro – Producer / Audio Engineer
Eric started as an audio engineer and still mixes music to this day, but shifted gears to help build Reference Point Media full time. As producer, he keeps projects moving and makes sure every client gets exactly what they need.

We believe great content comes from real stories—and we love helping people tell theirs. We’ve been blessed to work with restaurants, contractors, auto shops, and business owners across New England, and we treat every project like it matters—because it does.
We’re not afraid to say God’s been at the center of our growth since day one. While our faith guides everything we do, we work with businesses of all kinds. What matters most to us is bringing honesty, creativity, and integrity into every project—and delivering work we’re proud to stand behind.
Where We’re Headed
We’re dreaming big. Multiple crews, large-scale sets, a full office of creatives all doing meaningful work—and a company culture that gives glory where it’s due. But for now, it’s just a few of us. And we’d love to work with you.
